I never even considered that.. is the key latch mounted physically on the stock fairing?

I still haven't figured out where I'm going to mount my digital volt meter now that I don't have an upper left fairing where it was installed

Yes, w/ 2 screws.... and there were no posts on my panels to screw them back in. Not sure I'd want to anyways.

The US headlight uses a dual filament single bulb. It sucks.

By going to the Euro headlight you end up with the dual bulbs (H3/H7) which means you can then change them as desired. I'll probably do something like a 50watt HID in the low beam and a higher wattage high beam (which is what I run on my TE610 and it works really well).

Tomorrow I'm supposed to receive a new airfilter, new unitfilter, euro headlight and euro switch (quick service from KTMTwins.com I ordered it Tuesday!).

Hopefully I can get all that installed for this weekend's frozen ride.

Then sometime next week the carbon fibre rear fairings should show up and I can wax all my stock body work and put it in safe storage. s
