Tipped over my airhead, running rough: Q&A?

My bike is an R60/6, it slipped out of my hands and I guided it to the ground. (terrible feeling). Within a split second I had it upright again. I let it settle for a day and came back to it, turned it on and all was well. After a 25 minute ride (ave speed 40mph) it started sputtering and running like sh!t. As it appears after tinkering with various speeds and RPM's, at 60+MPH the engine chokes out. I have to glide to a stop and let the engine regain it normal idle before I can continue to ride.
I have opened up the air filter housing and have given it a wiping. I also took off the rubber "elbow" tubes that carry the air to the carbs to give them a wiping. I sprayed carburetor cleaner into both carbs letting them to settle for 5 mins before starting the engine and maintaining a higher RPM for 60 seconds (according to the directions). I emptied both float bowls and sprayed carb cleaner within. I have cleaned both spark plugs as well as spray carb cleaner in both heads, as well as add "sea foam" to the gas in the tank.

In the end, its running better, but not as smooth as it was before I tipped it over. What else am I missing?

Hmmm....check your choke and throttle cables, and the choke lever, maybe they got bunged up in the tip. Drain the floats bowls, and then check your float levels. I would also check my spark plug caps, you could've popped one loose. I'll keep thinking of stuff to check, I bet you it's something very simple.

pull out the carb jets, and clean them manually with compressed air.

Also, try pulling out your float needles and blowing their seats out with air or carb cleaner or both. If you have a little piece of crud riding on top of the float needle it can stay their during normal use as the floats don't open up that much, but with the bike on its side, the floats can open a LOT more than they usually do allowing whatever crud is up there to drop down and potentially come to rest between the needles and their seats. If you're lazy you can try just dropping the bowls and allowing the floats to hang and let a bunch of gas flow through to flush them, but that's no guarantee. Better to pull the floats and needles to give them a real cleaning.

Good advise above. My first thought was crud got knocked loose and went into the carbs. Broke or cracked plug is up there also. Just run through all this, check connections and you will likely find it.

when it fell over, may have tweaked the throttle cables, check the routing of them, and make sure they are properly seated at both ends. when the bike fell over the bars probable went to full lock and the cables may have been pulled out of place.
