Az Bike week ride 3-26-11

We started 7 ridez on this day, total mileage from strating point @ wild horse cafe was 172 miles mostly off-rd.
KBblue on KLR650
Durtklod KLR650
2Spot ATK650
wayfastwhity108 on XR650
As4us KTM450
CrozB DR350S
me DRZ400
Z ride went perfectly as planned with expection of some mechanical failures. Trajectoire started from Cow Creek rd to Wagoner rd. We get to Intersection of Champie rd to regroup, and waited...waited...waited,

then CrozB showed up to informed up of z first tire casulty of z day, and z victim was Wayfastwhity108, we turned back for back up only to see that z work was in progress to fix it.

I hate to use slime on flats, we offered WatfW108 to help him replace z tube after he slimmed it & failed to hold air, but he wanna be nice and don't want to hold us back he ask us to take off and want to turn back which he wasn't too far away from black top. He managed to get it out and got a lift from his girlfriend. We keep moving forward.
Durtklod climbing z hill with caution.

2Spot haulin' ass ...

CrozB on z move .

more to come ...

Here's my pics...
Staging in the Wild Horse parking lot bright and early. I was the last to arrive.

First casualty...

High speed splashing up behind Yarnell somewhere...

And another...

Peeples valley gas stop/ snack stop out front of the MountainAire...

And less than 4 miles after that, our second flat of the day. "Is there a nail? Nope, no nail, just them two little tiny stickers."

Levio and Eddy showing the rest of us how it's done...

Continue...

As u all saw we took a break in Yarnell & it was cold with wind blowing in all direction.

that energy drink served me to help Levio with his tire repair 10minutes later from this break...

And that's 10 minutes later...

Why do you have the hood on your jacket up? Is it raining?
