Neptunes
I too have Neptunes and the sound and performance are terrific but what really strikes me about these is how they are finished. Its the best, most durable finish I have had compared to all the other carbon parts I have had over the years. Almost like they have a clear gel coat over them. I can wax them and they have a deep shine. Very nicely done.

Just for the record, I had no idea they were Titanium (headers) until I started to make my adapters.. Then I had to figure out how to graft Titan to Stanless, they dont weld together so good.. So the next step was make slip-on adapters.. I was not going to give up, the cans were sooo sexy and light, and I got em for 400.00 with only 1200 miles on em... it was risky, thinking of correct backpressuer, making sure the rear brake caliper would clear the exhaust on full compression and weather my stock map would adjust to a much more free flowing exhaust.. it was nerve racking...LOL!

Yes I was going to go with Yoshie first then I found these Akra's and fell in love! I Have some friends who build custom adapters for teh Yoshies, they turn a slip-on style can to a bolt on for our bike.. I could probably hook you up with a set... of Yosh adapters as well if youd rather...

I'm a big fan of Yosh. I had a private tour of their manufacturing facility and their racing division across the street on Dec 23, 2004.
Their laser (molecular) welders were unbelievable ![]() I'd love to fit some Yosh cans to my bike

Well if you are serious.. we can do it
Just have to choose what type you want. IIRC there adapters were designed for a 2" header...

Funny thing, if you want somthing bad enough, a way can usually be found..
The exhaust for this bike is a prime example, once you get an adapter you can mount almost anything that falls within a certan size and shape.. Think on it.. ![]() -H
