Lemme know when you can get up towards Tryon. We can do the "Tour de Lake Lanier". More fun at 25-30 mph than adults should be allowed to have.
I still have the Majesty, but will be going Zuma in the near future.

I have not tried that yet. We do have ethanol free gas available at a few stations around here.

Good idea though. Next fill up will be that way.

If you want to read more on MPG check out the "Orange Crush" thread, it's for the KTM V-twins but MPG is a topic there also. I have found that ethanol is cutting my MPG so you just have to wounder after awhile if ethanol is not a little like adding water to gas for for the big oil companies! It'll be interesting to see what kind of results you get with the Zuma, let us know!

Well I filled up today with 1.22 Gallons of gas. The only problem was that I was on the wrong side of town for the Ethanol free stuff.

My gas mileage for the last tank was only 62mpg. That sucks but I ride the thing almost all the time at WOT with full acceleration away from all stops.

I am also 6'1" and about 215 - 220 fully geared up, so I probbly make a pretty good wind blocker.

I am really hoping to hit 80 on a regular basis but I am not sure if that is going to happen.

If course this is 40mpg better than my Camry gets around town and 12mpg better than my Shadow.

Nice thread- I see we stomp the same ground. I've had visions of a 150 ruckus and all the fun I could have in the hills around my abode. Speaking of, nice Glassy Mtn. shot! FWIW, I'm averaging 60mpg on my F650gs, so I expect you'll do lots better soon. I'll be looking for the Zuma in the Dark Corner.

That is the direction that I normally go when I get some free time. I hope to head out on a loop through the corners of NC, TN, GA, and SC some time soon. I figure that would be a cool trip on the Zuma.
