MOD or Wild@Heart bash plate?
I'm looking to buy one of these bash plates but can't find too much info on the Wild@Heart ones. Anyone have some high res pics of the Wild@Heart bash plate on their bike? The W@H ones are ~$100 more. Is it worth it? Also, I have the Holan Pro crash guards; will the W@H work with these?
Thanks |

I have the Moto overlands. There are on my 800 and my wifes 658. Work pretty well. I haven't put them through too much abuse yet, but they have taken some good hits and have held up great. Can't complain about the price either.

No idea about the W@H version, but the MOD is a very quality piece. You won't be disappointed!

I have the MOD and really like it. Not only great protection, but easy and quick to pull off for oil changes.

MOD = A1 in both quality and customer service.
For the protection their plate offers, there's no way I couldn't see myself justifying the extra $100 for the W@H product.

If I remember from my research, MOD offers more coverage. They also have great customer service.

+1 more for MOD
Haven't seen the wild@heart, but really like the MOD setup. One thing that is great is the plate extends back to give some protection to the exhaust. Works fine with BMW center stand and Adv Spec bars too. Haven't hit anything at highway speeds, but plenty of 1st/2nd gear rocks and stuff tossed up from the front.

Thanks for the help. Looks like not too many people have the Wild@Heart plate. I'll most likely get the MOD plate, even though I really like the looks of the W@H plate.

IMO the mod looks great on the bike. First class fabrication and fit and works extremely well.
