Don't sweat the numbers, it's an enduro, you will run your row # and A, B, C or D as required. For example, I am on row 20, so I am #20A.

You can put your green bar on for the next desert race.

They sell numbers at sign up for $2, in the past I have just stuck them on the back of the rider instructions and duct tape them on the number plate.
So I dont need to clear it with anyone or anything? I just put on the green bar and line up on the C line?

You still have to make sure Janeanne knows you want to bump up, you just don't have to put your district number on for this race, and there is no C line, just whatever row you are assigned, 4 bikes to a row. Hell you could be on the same row with Quinn Cody if he showed up late, you never know.

I would LOVE to line up next to him.... Id love to watch him ride for the four seconds he would be within sight....

so they give everyone a new number for the enduro? I just put on the green bar?

You can put your green bar on if it makes you feel better, but you don't physically need it on the bike for an enduro. They assign you a number for the next available row or opening on an existing row that isn't full. Whatever row that may be, that is your number, plus a b c or d.

Stop thinking so hard, just show up and we'll get you straightened out

Bummer, Jeff..... feel better man. Watch On Any Sunday..... it'll make you feel better!

I was riding to work today and I had just pulled out onto the street and I was shifting into third gear when the KTM died right in front of the cop that was sitting on the side of the road.
I had enough momentum to get to the next block and its hilarious how noisy the tires are when the engine is off ; WHAA WHAA WHAAA WHHHAAAA WHAA WHAA

he gave me the strangest look as I tried to restart as I went by. Turns out the gas was off Ill get used to this bike sooner or later....

good thing he didnt come to check on me - my headlight doesnt work, I dont have any mirrors on it..... its got a plate... AND a green sticker....

First Enduro

Pasta,
Good luck with your Enduro. Not sure if this is a restart or not, but you will know right away how you stack up against your row mates. If they pull ahead of you, track em down, if you are ahead of them, track down the group in the minute ahead of you. You will have a blast.
I doubt you will have "shadows" creeping in your helmet by the end of the race like me, as you likely ride fast enough.

Doug
