Conditions of the TAT near the Miss. River..

There are more post regarding the TAT rides in "Trip Planning" than here but I would be moved to here if I posted there! As this is not a Trip Planning question but a "condition of roads" question regarding the Southeast.

This is in regard to the TAT (TransAmericaTrail) that crosses the Mississippi at Lula, Helena, Ark. Does anyone know the condition of the TAT dirt roads...during/after the Miss floodings. Are they rideable? I am aware that many TAT'ers are on their way but have yet to post gravel roads conditions.

The last 5 miles or so of Ms, before you hit the helena bridge,
is a well built up highway(49). Shldnt be a prob.
