All sorted

Crikey, I didn't want to trouble GPSOZ until I had gone the Garmin route;
but you had a solution before I'd even asked for one. THanks. I've
applied it and I'm a very happy camper.

btw I got a response back from Garmin within a few hours of forwarding
the problem but I don't think they were on the right track.

So can I get contours to overlay the roads map?

Unfortunately our main field checker is a Tea Totaler. However if anybody would like to volunteer to do some research trips for us please let me know!

Yes, on your PC run the OZtopo Combine Program and you'll be back to a combined road and contour map (similar to what was done in V2).

BTW we have a few requests from our more technical customers for this on/off contour functionality, so we'll be adding a download from www.oztopo.com.au int he next week.

cheers

AAAAAA The perfect excuse

"The people I brought the GPS from babe have asked me to do some research for them. How can I say no"
