Hi Dan, likely another candidate for your kit.
2000 R1150GS with 96000 miles and counting. My right throttle body is louder than my wifes washing machine and my 3500-4000rpm cruise has a hugh stumble. I attribute my difficult in syncing the TB's to the worn out shafts and expect this will help a lot. Please forward payment info, shipping will be to Ontario, Canada. email david@bdbi.ca Thanks drcool

TB rebuild Kit, Hurray!
Great a rebuild kit.
I've got a 99 1100 RT, Bing TB's 75/45/105 and 106. have you got a kit for these? What metal are your bushings made of?, is that the same as the stock bushings? I live in Wisconsin, USA. I've read that your prices are $60 plus shipping between $13-19. is this correct? What is the esimated shipping time and how do you take payment? Thanks, Travis. |

R 1150 GS kit
Dan,
Thank you very much for your kit. Great work! TB rattling has gone. ![]() To get old bushings out, I used M10 screw tap. In the kit (for 1150GS), there are 4 small O-rings - where should they fit? I used two of them on air bypass screws (?). I have no locknuts (1150GS) on shaft (pulley side) - I used small hex screw and aluminium washer from kit as locknut - but there is small play between pulley and shaft. Any advice how to fix it? |

TB Repair Kit
Dan,
Thanks a million for your great communication and product. You answered my questions immediatly and shipped the kit to Texas without delay. You also notified me with the shipping information so I could track the order. Your step by step repair instructions on the forum are priceless. I will be sending my HES for rebuild soon and have a friend who will be getting TB kits from you also. David |
