Ok, a little news.

I'm working hard to get the bike details finalized. I want the bikes in hand before announcing what I'm riding.

Details of the support package and benefit auction to come soon.

Confirmed today:

I'll have the best suspension components available courtesy of Ohlins USA. There will be a Ohlins discount offered in the support package.

Coming soon, an ongoing column in Eastern Dirt Magazine covering the journey to Dakar.

Bill, I think you are a perfect candidate for the Dakar. It will be a little different than the Sandblast Congrats on the entry.

I'm subscribing to this thread. I'm a long lover of the dakar race (as a spectator, mind you, to ride it i need a ton more cash, 10 tons more talent and 100 years more riding experience...).

Please post back with pictures, technical reports, the whole shabang!
