Hi AlanI,

Maybe you are right... I did edit the video in Windows Live Movie Maker, and I saved the video in one particular folder. Then, I did upload it to youtube (but I dont know which settings!) so maybe thats the reason.

In the other hand, if you see my other videos which I did not edited, they are in 720p.

I will try to upload it again and I will check the settings, maybe I will found what happened.

Thanks a lot!

Streed + Dirt ride on my F650GS

Sums up a local ride I did yesterday. I got a little artsy with the music/editing, not sure how well it worked though:

Currently up to date. Hope y'all are having a wonderful summer and you're making short work of those tires.

In both cases, however, and despite there being an option to upload directly to YouTube I personally render the movie and export to a folder where I save my videos and then upload it from there using the usual YouTube method. Watching your video on the YouTube channel I note that the maximum resolution available is 480 so I suspect that either you chose an SD setting on exporting from your software or if only default settings are available to you then they do not include HD.

Can you recomend me another software to edit my videos? I am having problems with the windows movie maker, so I can't convert the videos to wmv.. maybe a free software... ?

Oregon and possibly beyond.

Yup at approx. 5am EST tomorrow morning I am embarking on a trip that has been in my head for year. I am heading to Astoria, OR to visit family but will be criss crossing and zig zagging my way there. I hope it is as fun as I think its going to be. I think I have everything.

Wish me luck.

That picture's from my recent trip along the Transcontinental Railway and the Pony Express Trail in Nevada and Utah. I finally started posting the first part of the ride over in Rider Reports. If you're interested in reading it, you can find it here.

I couldn't match this guy with a user name or RR. good report so far, but I'm only a little way in. If it already exists in the page 1 links, mia culpa. otherwise, I'll pass on what I found to be a fun read.
