Just got back from Colorado mountains...
All I can say is WOW! Being from Ontario, Canada, anything more than a 50 foot elevation change is considered a mountain. Spent some time in Ouray, Telluride, Silverton (12,00ft +) and the likes and it was a real treat. The F8 is perfect bike for seeing everything that region has to offer.
Here are some vids for anyone interested. Lots more on my youtube channel as well... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Farvd...1&feature=plpp http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=reSuY...1&feature=plpp http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8N9QJ...3&feature=plpp Cheers! |

Expedition Overland Episode 1 Premier!!! Video Ride Report
![]() So we just came out with a new show about Overlanding. It features a BMW F800gs,100 series Toyota Land Cruiser, and a 2001 Toyota Tacoma. It is a reality / documentary show focusing on the Journey, not the destination. We are featuring restaurants, attractions, cool places, and cool stuff to do. Basically it’s a video ride report with awesome cinematography, great humor, and incredible places. We have shot 2 episodes and have one cut and up one our website. You can check it out here at: www.xoverland.com It is free for all to see!!! At first we were not sure as to whether to take my bike along on the trips. After trying it out on our premier, we decided that it was a great tool for scouting, production, and various other tasks, plus it brings another whole aspect to the show. We are currently working on a six part series, and have plans to move onto much larger trips and venues. We are trying to inspire people to get out from behind their desk, and get out and see the world. We also were watching some current reality shows and realized that there is a severe need for some good quality television. We are about having a good time, and seeing awesome places. Also, if you like please let us know on face book. Also spread the word. This show will be supported by the number of viewers, riders, and adventures like you that we have watching the show. We know you will like it. Looking forward to your comments!! Ryan Link in Ride Reports http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=736456

Finished the epic travels about 4 weeks ago, 42,000 miles, 9 months, 18 countries on this adventure, the miles on the bike are getting high, but still running well.
decided to lend the bike to a friend who is riding it back down to south america then shipping it on to me wherever the next adventure will be. depending on the amount of riding he does the bike could soon be over the 100,000 mile mark Quote:
