Hey, everbody!
I bought one of these for the r11oorl that I recently bought (and sold) and no longer need it. I never got it installed as the bike I bought was about as smooth as they could get in all areas. So, if HighTechCoonAss doesn't object, I have one of his Power Controllers to sell at cost ($75 + $10 Shipinng = $85). Please let me know if anyone is interested. It's a great product and I believe meets a market need! Thanks, and hope I'm not stepping on any ones toes! T ... |

I finally got around to installing and testing the power controller. This unit definately smoothens out the bike. I don't know if my bike was running too lean or rich, but whatever the case may be this unit makes the bike run better. However, probably unrelated to the installation (hope so), the word "Service" is now showing on my display. I know for sure "Service" would appear for a few seconds then go off before.....so is this an indicator that the bike is due for service? I only have 2000 miles on the bike.....so maybe something to do with time?
Anyway, the unit works well. |

If it is a service date.... it will show service / then a date. that what my bike does.... the Powered Controller will not cause a "service due" ... I have plugged in many of the units to my bike using the gs911 computer interface... no service display alarming happens.
BTW...With the GS911 I was able to turn off my service date reminder...an I set my oil change reminder. great tool - but expensive.

While wandering the boards, I found the controller by HTCA and was intrigued by the responses and the price. So I jumped on board and ordered one last night, and before I woke up this morning there was a shipping notification in the inbox. Shazaam that is what I call service.
I can't wait to receive the product and experience all the benefits of this controller, thanks again for the great customer service. |
