Higher altitude = less dense air = leaner fuel mixture.
Same as... Higher temp air
We call it "density altitude".

By saying to use the -30 setting at cold temps means the air is more dense at cold temps so more fuel is needed to maintain the mixture. Hence the more negative the setting, the richer the mixture.

That's good to hear! Here's a few more words about the differences between the IICE Air, and the other competitive products. JJ and Boxerwrench answered in the Vendors thread that the IICE Air is adjustable. Adjustability makes a performance difference but there's something more important beyond that. To work with the upcoming IICE Cool product, the IICE Air must be set to -10°C. If the air temperature device isn't adjustable to -10°C then it will not work with the IICE Cool. You mentioned that quick throttle response seems a little soft when the motor warms up. The upcoming IICE Cool is designed to address that type of issue.

Even worse...yea officer,at the house next door I can see a man soldering eletronic items together and there are a lot of chemicals laying around.UPS trucks are always there picking up large envelopes,and I see a van in his garage.

Does your bike still have the CCP and O2 sensor installed or was this removed with your previous surge fix? (potentiometer)

The CCP and the O2 sensor were removed when the Remus exhaust and potentiometer were installed.

I have 2007GSA. Runs pretty good except for the lug at the bottom. I sync it at 4k RPM so it is very smooth there @ 70 mph.

Do I understand that your mod is $70?

What does it do to MPG??

What will be your 2nd mod?

During the original pre-order, yes.

What does it do to MPG??

By itself nothing. But some tend to enjoy their right wrist a bit more, and this will change the mpg.

What will be your 2nd mod?

Howdy campers! Ok here's what's been going on. I've been setting up shop to build the upcoming IICE products on a regular basis! And also, fitting in a run of IICE Airs when the current orders are filled. Currently there are 106 pieces left to to complete the current orders. Those are going out in 2 batches. I'm finishing up a batch of 54 pieces this week. Then 52 pieces the following week. After this week's batch is shipped, the Vendors thread 'buy it now' button will be switched back on for ordering.
