Well, there you go. Another one steps up to the plate and takes a swing.
My sage advice is to keep it as "Farm Rules" as possible. Offer little, and then over deliver. What people really seem to want in long distance events is a variety of accomodation types including a campground, some good riding nearby, some decent grub, and a coupla campfires to sit around in the evening and embellish a story or two. Woodland Park would seem to offer all of that.  Good luck with it. If you need advice/info, feel free to shoot me a note. Subscribed, and put me in as an "in"...... Dave
