I've been wanting to do one of these for some time. I'm really happy with how it turned out. The owner had us make a slight change to the sprocket sizes and it really made a difference. First gear is now where it needs to be and yet it still cruises comfortably at highway speeds. With five extra gallons of fuel it should have a good range for back road riding.
