Hard to tell from the pictures, but I think the bike doesn't have the instrument panel.

Looks better than a barbecued bike, but I would have stuck with the blue color. The red is almost too much happening.

hey now, don't get me wrong. I think you did an excellent job bringing it back from what it was. I don't know, maybe the pictures posted don't do the red/black justice. I (of course) am jealous you got an HP2 for so little, that is awesome. I think you should post some nicer photos to give the color scheme more credit.

Looks like seat foam held up remarkably well in the fire, no?
