Deepwater Inn. Whats happened to it?

Gday all. Just came back from Sydney with the family for Xmas and took the New England hway down and back. As we were coming up to Deepwater, I was telling the missus where I would be overnighting at the Deepwater Inn on the way to Karuah as its such a bike friendly pub, when as we get round the bend, it looks like it has been damaged by fire or something. What a bummer. Great cheap place to stay.
Anyone local know what happened to it. Did it catch fire? Or just collapse? It was a bit on the run down side.
Now I have to change my route for the Karuah River Rally.
