seeking stock BMW shock rebuild

Hi,

I'm new to the area,.. I've done in my 04 GS ADV stock shocks through a 2 yr RTW tour,... looking for recommendations for a shop in the S.E. US that will rebuild the stock shocks.

Any advice would really be appreciated, big thanks
Chris

I guess you're not interested in waiting awhile and getting in on this group buy...

If not I have no idea but I'm sure someone will come along shortly and steer you in the right direction.

Good luck!

Not sure where in the southeast you are, but I've used Chad Newton at Total Control Suspension for all my off road stuff for years.

www.totalcontrolsuspension.com in Burlington, NC.

If you're in the Atlanta, GA area, talk to Mark Klein at Hyperformance Cycles. www.hyperformancecycles.net

I give both an unhesitating recommendation.

I used to think that also, but in OZ and Europe they are rebuilding them (with mods/drilling)... and I recall hearing about a shop in the eastern US, I just forgot who

Good luck!

If I find that the rebuild price around here comes close to the new shock,..I'll change gears. Trying to save a bit at the moment. Thanks
