Inmates in Barrow?

I'm going up to Barrow at the end of the month, as I heard they got a mexican eatery up there. And I've never had a burrito north of the Arctic circle before. Any inmates up there want to join me for lunch?

Go to Osakas rather than Pepe's unless you really want a burrito. If you do go to Pepe's, be sure to ask Fran for your certificate.

I regularly visit but don't live there.

Try "Arctic Pizza" Best $50 pizza in Alaska. No certificate but the waitresses are HOT, or at least used to be...

Airport Pizza in Nome has the hottest waitresses.

I'm living up in Barrow right now. Unfortunately, for the time being, I'm only a wanna be inmate...no scooter for me as I sold my last one before the big move.

Pepe's is acceptable Mexican food, but I much prefer East Coast Pizza.

If I'm not working when you come up, I'd be happy to join you for lunch.

Hahahahha, hottest is a relative term in Nome.

But uh, yeah, I agree with you. I knew a couple girls that worked there.

Great cheesesteaks at East Coast Pizza! I think Arctic Pizza changed ownership recently and the previous owner is now running East Coast Pizza.

So I made it to Barrow, and it was the first sunshine I'd seen in weeks.

The burrito was OK, the tacos were real tastey....
Then got back to Fairbanks and found this place....

I'll be going back there....

Looks like you had a good trip Neal.

If you liked Big Daddy's, you should try Tubby's BBQ next time you're in Fairbanks.

Sorry I missed you. I ended up working that day and I was busy. I hope your visit to Barrow didn't leave you too scarred. You were really lucky to have sunny weather here.

There are no roads to Barrow.

Tell Sjaak that Kevin and Annie say hello.
