Yeah, both of those bridges go over the North fork of the American River. The first suspension one is at Yankee Jims and the second one is at Ponderosa.

That's funny I could remember that bridge. Especially since it was in the middle of the night. I can see how that would be a cool place to go riding. I might have to head up their sometime.

Hey everyone! Nice to see a local thread was started.

Looks like a nice ride yesterday. Good roads up here in the hills.

If anyone is ever available on Thursdays I'm always up for a ride. Dirt, street, or any combination thereof...

Folsom checking in. I've been following the GCDSR group in Yahoo, but only managed to get on one ride with anyone from that group so far. Having recently moved to Folsom and with a job that is still fairly new to me, I don't manage to get a lot of spare time to go riding. I'm hoping to change that this spring.

XR650L for the tighter stuff and 990 Adv for the longer easier rides. In general I can only get away on Saturdays for rides.
