The ABS and TC is done with math formulas and I doubt wheel changes will effect it.

My wife had the F650GS twin, and I tried to lower it some with low profile rear tire (about 1/2" OD smaller) and the ABS refused to work with that tire because it was too small compared to the front OEM. Doubt this will be an issue on the Yamaha tho.

This link doesn't specify, but they do have a patent for the system, it is not ordinary.
