It's a child forum of Old's Cool, so it should be about classic smokers. Sadly, there are no modern 2-stroke street bikes around anymore, so the MXers should go to Thumpers. Yeah I know, thumpers are considered 4-strokes.

Sue the thumper mods, not me.

Damm.. I hate to exclude ANY 2 strokers but you make a good point. This IS old school... Fuck it grandfather in whatever's left. The KTM 300 and whatever remains.

OK let's see it this way. Since 2 strokes are a dead design (face it guys ) they all are old school just like an Enfield.

That is pretty much what I thought, so that is why I asked.

Now the owners of "modern" 2 strokes will not only have to deal with idiots invading every thread about two strokes in Thumpers and saying crap like "2 strokes are not thumpers! it is forums like this that are making idiots think that any single cylinder bike is a thumper! Thumpers are losing there identity because of the internet! And I am going to cry loudly about it when ever anyone asks a two stroke question in thumpers! I am going to the gym to sniff the exercise bicycle seats! Premix is Evil! Waaaaaaa!!!", but now when we ask where else can we ask the question, they will mistakenly believe that it should be posted here, and then there will be another shit fight trying to get it through there heads that it still belongs in thumpers...

So can we send these guys to you to set them straight?

just about all the new two stroke Enduro bikes are road legal in Australia.......so now we just need a Two stroke section not just a sub section for old two strokes

Thanks guys.
The bike has done nearly 430,000kms now. I bought it in '88 as a 1 owner with 32,000kms. The original engine went 320,000kms when it hand grenaded in a big way. I've put over 100,000 on the replacement motor, but I don't know the history of it. It came out of a non running parts bike I bought. But I do know that an (cough) expert tuner (cough) has been at the ports with a die grinder. I took it of the road before xmas as the poor old girl is really worn out. Will rebuild and up grade some bits over the next few years as money and parts become availabe.

Some more pics.
For those that liked the last pic, here is the Wee taken 8 weeks before.

A couple of stable mates over the years

Dragged this around for a few years when the kids were little

These 2 pics are 14 years apart
