Me on Snake Pass

Did a day trip to snake pass yesterday on my FZ6. I bought a Drift HD camera and tested it out. Here are the results:

Good job.

I enjoyed pausing the playback to the read signs.
Remarkable change of scenery too.

Thanks for sharing.

Have you ever ridden it Bubb?

And your right great scenery, has to be one of the best roads in Britain.

Picture of my bike, same one i'll be using for my tour around Europe in April, can't wait!

Sweet looking bike.

Although I've been to Europe several times, I've never ridden much outside the USA. The last time was in the Bahamas. (The switch-over from riding on the Left from the USA riding on the Right was not as difficult as I thought it would be.)

Where is Snake Pass? - It looks like a really nice ride.

That camera did a fine job also.

Snake Pass also know as the A57 is in the Peak Disctrict, the first National Park in England. It links Manchester and Sheffield and is a well known road, mostly due to the number of deaths on it each year. The Cat and Fiddle (another road) and Snake Pass are known as two of the most dangerous roads in the UK, both are within 20mins of each other, make it good for us bikers . I'll hopefully be making more videos and if people are interested will post them here. Thanks

Ah - snake pass. I lived in Glossop so traveled on the A57 many a times. I have fond memories of the Peak District.
