Assembly report

This picture is from 4:40am today and it has some good news in it! You can't see from the picture but the IICE Airs in the fixtures are now in the second and last epoxy curing stage. Usually the epoxy steps would take a third day. But yesterday was fairly warm and the first step was cured enough to proceed with the second step.

Today is forecast to be a little warmer than yesterday, that will allow the second step to cure today. And that means this batch will ship on Saturday.

The other parts on the table are the next batch. The jumper headers and thermistors are already soldered in. What's happening there in the picture are the vials are being secured to the PCB. The next step is to attach the wire harness and connectors. The next batch is scheduled for Thursday the 8th.

Do you ever notice that Poolsides post times all over the map! I don't think he has slept since starting this project.

Which brings me to my second thought. How much Red Bull, Coffee, Rockstars, or Monsters, or a combination,
or cocktail of all, does he consume to work at 4am.

Just curious???
