March 15th is the legal day set by the Province to let motorist back on the roads without Winter Tires! So from December 15th to March 15th no motorcycles are aloud on the streets even if its 50F and sunny on dry pavement! Makes for a long gap between rides...so if ever there is no snow out on the roads on March 15th most of us try to take our scoots out of hibernation...as long as its safe and roads are snow,salt and ice free. It happens every other year or so...global warming?

I'm sure it's on the rise everywhere, but it just seems to be the rule rather than the exception in WI. Makes one wonder what they teach in Drivers Ed these days. They probably have their hands full just dealing with texting while driving.

That's such a shame. I agree with the big brother comment. I've seen riders year round here in the "frozen" north. This week has been in the 60s. Very odd. Thanks again for joining in and sharing info on your country.
