just a thought you know.

Cheers Bruce.
Or UPS your gear. Did that with my vendor stuff going to the BMW National in Missoula.

BTW, assume Barley's tailectomy healed up just fine?

Yes, thanks. Barley's tail healed up nicely and now that the fur has grown back it doesn't look too bad. A tad short so you notice the proportions are off a bit, but his innate sense of dignity did not suffer.

He does wag a lot faster now, though!

So let's say I do ship my gear and fly into Harrisburg. (Assuming that's the closest airfield.) What are the options for getting from there to Middleburg? I'm not finding much in the way of public transportation online.

Bring Claude more coffee? Maybe he'll pick you up at the airport in your rig....

I don't think I can carry that much. He doesn't brew it, you know. He snorts it.

After all the 'kid on christmas eve' talk going on in this thread this statement is still a good accurate one...lol.

Peter..we pick folks up and deliver them to the Harrisburg airport on a regular basis all you had to do was ask.

No poop? That's a two hour round trip for you! I figured that was so far above and beyond the call of duty it never occurred to me to ask! Thanks!

Hmmm, if I fly in after FedExing you my helmet, whale foreskin suit, rain gear, etc...

The limo is nice, but could you substitute a couple of young women flutists for the brass band? At least you have decent coffee.

What's going on in Selingsgrove and Shamokin Dam this month? Very few rooms available the weekends of the 17th and 24th. Or are you thinking I ought to plan on showing up before then?

The one bummer about flying down is I won't be able to have Barley with me!

Last time I was down there the closest thing to a limo was a well worn F-150! Business must be doing much better these days. Or is the old Ford reserved for Sportster bums only?

ken

Spoke with Claude today and the pickup date is March 30th.

Plan A: We find a dog, cat, sheep, rabbit, housesitter and drive the car. The Wife drops me and Barley off and drives the car back home while Barley and I take the scenic route back home.

Plan B: In case we can't find a dog, cat, sheep, rabbit, housesitter is I hook up the trailer and haul the rig back with my truck.

Either way, it's nearly time!
