That's what I am thinking. I ride an ex500, and he definitely should have made that turn. He either got spooked and target fixated, or he slid some on gravel and then target fixated into the wall.

Spark plug porcelain on the end of some twelve gauge wire.

Not a good idea to park in the road.

C: a poser...

They would be much better off with a pair of these...

Mandatory helmet law in NC and TN according to http://www.bikersrights.com/states/1...al/states.html.

I believe this would be on the TN side ?

I carry daily. Licensed for High Capacity, though my usual carry gun isn't. Large magazine pistols can be a bit large for concealed carry. Open carry is not actually illegal per se in MA, just that if you go around openly displaying a gun, your local Chief (the licensing authority) may take that as an indication that you are not a Suitable Person (the legal standard in MA) to carry, and could revoke your license.

I've never asked our Chief of Police for a stat, but I'd estimate that maybe 20-25% of the residents of my town have a LTC. I base this on the number of times in the monthly police activity report (published in our local newsletter thingy) where they say "assisted resident with obtaining pistol permit" (they don't publish the name of the person) times 12 months of the year times the number of years a permit is good for, divided by the number of residents (per census). How many actually do carry routinely, I don't know.

I just know that I do.
