It's amazed at how scalloped your tire is and you still can't feel it. I just noticed mine is started to get like that.
I have poured over every rear tire possibility and finally concluded I'm just gonna buy another T63. It's so cheap and works so good, why screw around with it. I'm going to get somewhere between 1500 and 2000 miles out of it. I just wish it came in a 140 size. Oh well. Guys will say just buy a Michelin Desert, but no, they're twice as much money and aren't going to last any longer. In fact, the harder compound is reported to be way worse for wet pavement. The T63 is great in corners, great in wet, and great offroad. I just never even think about my tire when I'm riding.
To be honest I don't get any headshake or skittering within the speeds I ride, usually max 75mph with 80mph passing. I only took it up to 96mph just to gage how stable it is. I do that after installing every new tire as I don't rebalance my wheels, I offset rim locks with spoke weights and use Ride-On sealant/balancer. Rain groove hunting is not a problem either and the roads here are all sliced up good. Only thing I don't care for is rain grooves and high speed during a rain. Especially a little drizzle only, that is the most dangerous when oil comes up out of the grooves.
I'm on my second T63 rear now. First one got 2,200 miles and had a little more left but I wanted a new tire on before I went to Big Bend. My second T63 now has 1,900 miles on it and still usuable to me. 60 mile dirt ride on the beach tomorrow so will quickly find out if any traction left when worn down that low. I'm guessing I'll get 2,500 miles out of it. Already have another T63 and Rally front in the garage. Will put them on at the same time. I also have no complaints whatsoever for the T63. I don't mind the 130 size either, I think it quickens the handling up and doesn't give up anything in the dirt because of its size. I will either buy another T63 or maybe try a Shinko 244, they have a 5.10-18 size I can get $47 shipped to my door, that is even $10 cheaper than a T63.
My T63 with 1,900 miles, still ok for me. Some here might have already thrown it out but I ride so many miles tire cost becomes a real expense. I squeeze as much as I can as long still safe.
