Hajime and I had a great time. We went over to the Chiricahuas on Saturday (it was COLD at the top!) and explored the Dragoons on Sunday. Saturday night was quite the scene in the saloon with the band and wedding group, and what looked like lots of locals... It was fun meeting some of you, and thanks to Raven for putting the event on!

Had a great time. Thanks go out to Raven for organizing the event, and local Keith for showing us all the historic sites. Learning the history of the area was definitely the highlight of my trip. 170 & 210 mile days .. awesome!

Hey ItsDoAble,

I enjoyed your pictures. What route did you take to the mine? How about the ancient corn grinding (I suppose it is against the Dragoon's but where)?

I am planning trip this weekend to the area and would like to include some of those spots.

Thanks

Ron

Odds are good that they were grinding ACORNS and MESQUITE beans in the day. Looks like a great day of riding!
