I'm pretty sure that JJ prodded me into building these products primarily so that he could have one for his bike. "I'll handle the marketing." he says. "I'm sure a few people will be interested in having one."

We had no idea.

As it turns out, Marketing provides many creative engineering solutions. Like an unexpected out of left field kind of thing. Quite surprising. They will be incorporated into the upcoming products.

she say's"For Christ Sakes two flipping wires and a little white wigit and you go Crazy Happy

Installed a new battery this weekend, and was looking for the air temp. sensor....
Is this it? Rear/center of airbox?
Does anyone know why the extra harness plug is there?

Does anyone know why this "feature" was molded into the airbox?
It is on the right side of the bike near the front of the box
(You can see the coolant overflow tank in the picture)

JRWooden, Yes that is the plug for the air temp sensor. The ice air fits nice and snug on it's side in the space on the other side (front) of the air box.

Tuck the ice air in on the front left side?
I should have paid more attention to that when I had it apart, but didn't know now long the harness was so didn't put much thought into it...........

The space between the air box and the battery box. It fits snug and doesn't move.

I know that space ....

I have two fuse holders in there .... should be room for the ice unit easy!

Took the bike out yesterday for a flogging and I definitely notice a difference in the lower RPMs set to the default setting. No noticeable decrease in fuel economy. I am pleased and looking forward to the companion product.

2002 R 1150 GS, no cat, stock exhaust, plug in the fuse box (forgot the name), temp in the 60's with a moderate level of humidity, not sure of the barometer.

Assembly report.

The batch in the background there, in the fixtures, were going to ship on Monday. I had a job to take care of that took me away for a couple days. This batch gets tested and packaged on Thursday, and shipped on Friday. Wait, today is Wednesday right? Yes, they'll ship on Friday.

In the foreground are 100 boards ready to be turned into IICE Airs. They're cute when they're small aren't they?
