Sorry if their is a specific thread for this bike, could not find it & the Gasgas owners thread seems a bit quiet.

Any hoo THIS popped up in my inbox. I'm a little tempted to park it beside the DT 230 in the garage. What are inmates thoughts on it's road ability, fairly short tarmac stretches, not touring, seat height for a short arse who is not flat footed on the lowered DT & their general reliabilty & useability. I notice it has a non standard expansion chamber which must tell a story. Any thoughts much appreciated.

I know 2 people who bought 280's new in 05, fantastic bikes, pretty low to the ground great in the woods, almost ok on the street, these bikes are hard to find. I don't know about the 250's, that pipe sez he was looking for more top end.

I've asked the why's & wherefores of the pipe amongst other things but have had no reply. Still tempted, though. The interweb is positive about them & I'm all for agility over speed so we shall see what happens.
