Today is the last day you can order a shirt. There will be a few (very few) extras printed in the more common size BUT to ensure you receive what you want, order it!

This is also the last day for Beer Goggles (glasses). If you want to ensure getting one, get on the list and send money. Again, there will be a few extras but they are first come first served.

I believe the "IN" list is up to date so if it's correct for you then there isn't anything else to do but to show up.

Also, there has been some nice swag trickling in from the inmates. I'll have the list of what we have at the check-in.

Now for the rules:

CAMPGROUND RULES
To enhance your outdoor experience with us, please read.
CHECK-IN -- AFTER 2:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT -- 12:00 Noon.
1. Camp sites shall remain clean with trash contained at all times.
2. PETS are leashed; droppings picked up quickly; pets are always attended.
3. Speed limit of 5 mph is enforced on Mountain & River Adventures campground property.
4. One car permitted per camp site; some sites will accommodate 2 cars. Parked vehicles at camp sites can not obstruct
or interfere with traffic on main road through campground at any time . Please ask our camp host for directions to
overflow parking area for additional vehicles.
5. Quiet time is observed promptly at 10:00 p.m. All generators must be turned off at 10:00 p.m. and may not be turned
back on until 7:00 a.m.
6. For your safety, fire rings are not to be moved or altered.
7. Picnic tables are located strategically; if you require special accommodations, please ask camp host for assistance.
8. Children are chaperoned at all times in campground, especially in restrooms.
9. Our restroom facilities are regularly inspected and cleaned; if restrooms require additional supplies, please notify camp
host immediately.
10. Our hammocks are provided for relaxation; please check with camp host for game supplies/access.
11. A valid identification card/drivers license is required to checkout campground game equipment such as horseshoes,
shuffleboard items, and volleyball.
12. Camp sites are specifically delineated; if you are unclear about where to camp, please check with camp host.
13. Swimming in the Kern River is dangerous and not recommended. Please ask camp host about wading areas on the
Kern River.
14. Please check with camp host for directions to local ATV, off highway vehicle riding locations.
15. Check with camp host for directions to legal areas in Kernville to discharge firearms. Fireworks are illegal anywhere in
the Sequoia National Forest.
16. In an emergency call 911. If you observe unlawful or dangerous activity in Mountain & River Adventures campground,
please notify the camp host or call 911.
17. If you observe inappropriate use of campground equipment, please report behavior to our camp host immediately. If
camp host is not available, please call (760) 376-6553.
18. Please observe private property border to the south of Mountain & River Adventures campground.
19. Mountain & River Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group.
Camping rights will automatically be terminated without refund.
20. CHECKIN IS AFTER 2:00 PM AND CAN NOT ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 11:00 PM.
21. We have no control over the weather. All reservation commitments must be honored regardless of weather.

The only modifications to the rules above are the following:
Generators: Off by 8:00 and not on before 8:00
Speed limit: Please DO NOT spin your knobs in the campground. There is more than ample places to roost outside of the campground.

Since we have the entire campground, except the 3 sites over by the amphitheater, we're pretty much free to keep it going after 10:00 but please be considerate of others by toning it down a little after 10.

If you're one of the stinky bastards, please consider a courtesy flush. There can be some hungover folks who would greatly appreciate it! to say nothing of the morning shower folks.

Please recycle. We should have both kinds of barrels. A simple peek whats already in the barrel should let you know what should go in.

We're all adults. If you bring kids it's your responsibility to keep them under control and away from foul language. The more alcohol the fouler the language. Just a heads up.

The second most important thing is to take personal responsibility. Every year I walk the campground as one of the last to leave and I'm picking up crap I shouldn't have to (it's gotten better but). Doesn't matter what it is, it doesn't need to be left on the table for someone else to deal with. Either take it with you or throw it away!

The first most important thing is to have FUN!
