Question Needle Replacement?

OK, I am rebuilding my 40mm carbs on my 1977 R100S. Im getting the carb kit from bing and the new float kit. Each carb has a main jet, float needle jet, needle jet, jet needle and an idle jet.... 5 needles... Out of the 5 which needles are good practice to replace in a rebuild? I've heard the main jet is good practice and the idle jet typically just gets a good cleaning. What about the others.

Thoughts?
