Baja sur- loreto loop 2012

I started my ride in Cabo San Lucas. Seven days, 1025 miles with an extra day off the bike in Loreto. The first pic doesn't show my track from Cabo and East cape up past Los Barriles. I was to lazy to post each pic, so here is the link to my pictures.

Nice ride and pics. Do you just leave your bike in Cabo?

Yes, I leave the XR in Cobo. I chose the XR because it may sit idle for seven or eight months at a time and is stone reliable.

Baja Sur ...

Hey Baja Ho,

Thanks for posting the link ... and all the beautiful pics ... I always run out of time/steam around Loreto/Muleje ... will have to make an effort to get the rest of the way down, someday ..

See you around the campfire,

Great pics....the backside of the South Cape often gets overlooked....and it has a lot to offer.

I see the mission San Javier, beautiful place. Looks like Scorpion Bay also with other side roads that I didn't get to cover on my recent visit down there....

Looking forward to heading down there again, but the ride to the MEX border from Portland is an ass killer!

If your computer display is small you may have to scroll down to view the text for each picture.

When I crosed over to the Pacific side from Loreto I was about eighty miles south of Scorpion Bay, it's a cool place but I wanted to consentrate my ride below there.

Awesome photos--razor sharp and bright. Unbelievably scenic mountain routes I did not see on my trip. Next time I go I want you to be my tour guide.

I could swear I was in that same orange hotel oasis--and the same room--a couple years ago. last one on the top floor? they must put all honda riders in there. what city was that again?
