It's 2 days after Southick. woke up this morning and every muscle in my body except my fingers and toes are stiff and sore... And I'm laughing my ass of like a little kid thinking about it.. This is great

I guess your starting to get old when it takes 2 days just to get stiff

I shipped my rear shock up to REP this morning. Gave Tony a shout on the phone as a heads up. he asked how I was doing after Sunday. when I told him he said "Yeah, thats Soutwick"

Anybody familiar with Ace Motocross in Modena NY. The website shows open practices but doesn't give dates

i just drove through there a week ago... Lots of piles of dirt, not a track yet looks like they're going to push a bunch of it around but havent quite, yet.

Last year we could practice any Wednesday, and Sundays that werent races. Like, $30 a day. I would bring the PD and the 450. Navin taught me how to get a little bit of a double on the PD :lol Second gear and just enough! Dont back off in the middle!

It was the cutest little double, ever. May have even been a rut.

Ace is closed.. was a great place.
There used to be open practices at either Ace, Diamondback or Walden almost every Wed, didn't get crowded till afternoon so we would go up and ride from 10-2or3 and be home early...those were the days
