Is there a difference between the standard Excel wheel and the A60?Excel that Colebatch has? If I'm going to do it, might as well go for the best.

....and the Superlace makes total sense. So simple yet brilliant

Excel’s new A60 rims are structurally 15% stronger than current Excel Takasago Signature Series Rims, yet A60 rims remain the same weight.

A60:
A60 21x1.60 BLK 36H 199.68
A60 18x2.15 BLK 36H 220.74

Excel Takasago:
BLK 21X160 36H 161.29
BLK 18X215 36H 178.27

Just got an email from Zach and Woody's today saying "we received your hubs today and should have the wheels shipped out by end of week".

I opted for the A60s with the super lace. You do this once, why not go for the best option for $80 more?

As a 29" inseam owner ive been putting up with xchallenge shock for about 4 years (dropped forks, shaved seat etc). I've just ordered a Hagon with 30mm seat height reduction built for my slight 100kgs. Should be here in a couple of weeks.

Cool2 Paint, rack, tires, heat, windscreen...

  • Custom-welded rear rack
  • Remus Titanium Exhaust (SA, loud)
  • New Shinko 700s

  • BMW plug (this bike didn't come with this, right? I'm not sure)
  • Bar risers
  • Comfort grips
  • Weighted bar (bbs and silicone)
  • Slip Streamer Spitfire windscreen
  • Toolbox hardcases (I'm cheap)
  • Custom seat (being replaced on April 28th, show you that later)
