Also cheap bastard
Well I called Rotopax and asked about combined shipping and 20% discount as some inmates cannot waste there one phone call a week on a gas tank. Like most offers anywhere you cannot combine offers and it says so in the free shipping part on there website. Gave me 20% off so I ordered Yellow 2 gal. for gas , not diesel as am putting a black and yellow bike together. Now you other cheap bastards just think how much you can get for a gallon of gas when you see that cage driver, out. It will pay for the shipping!!!!
Now order and be done with this. Please get on with your life. It can only get better!!!! Heirhead |

I didn't see anything posted about it here, but they show a new 1.75 gallon pack on the website. Maybe I'm behind the times, but I didn't see it last time I was browsing around.
NEW RotopaX 1.75 Gallon Gasoline Pack..... Sure to be the most popular size and shape of RotopaX yet! NOW SHIPPING... Size is 13.50" Wide by 15.00" Tall by 3.5" Deep I think it'll be perfect for my needs! Placed on this rack: With this tail bag on top: Combined with the 3.2 gallon tank, I'll have just about a 5 gallon capacity (300 mile range), which is what I was shooting for in my 'touring mode'. |

Finally gave in, the new 1.75 gallon size is about perfect for the plate on my V-Strom and the current additional $5 off stacks with the 15% coupon. Got that and a deluxe mount for about $83 shipped after both, good enough for me. Looking forward to installing it, should bump my range over 300 miles.

Been looking through pics to see a setup like the one in my brain to no avail.
Anyone mount these things flush with their pannier rack? My plan is to do so and throw my Wolfman soft saddlebags over one. My concern is the proximity of the fuel to the exhaust can. High pipes on the 950. Would LOVE to get a green one... |

Here's my set up with a rack from "manracks" who is a vendor here on ADV. This set up works great for me and will probably get a storage pack in the future. Rotopax is a great product.

I have been waiting for almost a month for someone there to answer the voice message I left on the business phone.
Will there be a new size water container (1.75 gal) I was hoping to get a 1.75 fuel and a 1.75 water container and some hardware.

If you have not already, try e-mailing them. I did this to inquire about a 1 gallon storage pack and received a response from the owner rather quickly.
