So KTM melted down both old stock exhausts to make that new one. Impressive

The box could be data collection. Test points all over the bike end up there for recording.

Cool swingarm. I like the idea of a solo seat like the new Tenere or a GS.
Where's the skid plate going to bolt to? Is there a new luggage system with clips that attach to the bulbs on the backend?
I have a feeling it would look a lot better with a high fender because the beak is so angular...

I'll pass judgement after I see what it looks like ready for dirt

Almost looks like he's sitting on a fuel tank. The black part underneath the seat looks pretty solid.
