Spokes-where to buy?

I need a set of SS F & R spokes & nipples for my R75/5 project with OEM rims. I know Buchanan's & have priced Cloverleaf German spokes on ebay too.The German spokes are less than the CA folks. Tell me where is the best deal? I also looked at a UK source-Motorworks, & they seem to have a better price for SS with plated brass nipples-waiting to hear the shipping cost to USA. Thanks

Try wheel works in garden grove, CA. Usually half the cost of buchannons.

There's also woodys wheel works.

I sent them an email-we'll see. I wonder who they get their spokes from? Not like everybody makes spokes. I got zero response to this on BMWMOA site-as most just send them out, no doubt. Thanks

Buchannan's.

They've been making spokes longer than anyone else.
And if you're afraid to try lacing your own wheels, they'll build them for you.

I got a reply from Woody's and they stock Buchanan's, same price as Buchanan's.
I'm not afraid to lace them, just finished a couple last week. Obviously nothing wrong with Buchanan's spokes but I have not used the German spokes in SS & would like a comparison comment too.

I went with : www.speichen-spoke.de , they are cheaper than Buchanan's and same gauge SS wire & OEM for BMW. See ebay or go direct/paypal for less $$$. There is another guy on ebay that had a special for the same brand but no longer has the price deal so a bit more now.

I bought mine from buchanan. They invented spokes. Seriously.

Seriously, though they're good guys and they make a good product. By the time you pay postage from germany, it's probably a wash anyway.

From a tightwad: they were cheaper, period. Seriously! The Germans know that SS spokes are $99 a set from CA.
Nothing against Hucky or Buchanan's, or Capitol Cycle or whomever else, but they didn't have the price point. I actually found an even better price from Motorworks in UK but they said they wouldn't ship to USA for legal reasons? I thought that strange because Motobins sells the same stuff here all the time.
