If you're talking about the two bolts on either side of the key that hold it down, they're not very tight, and come out easily with a pair of vise grips. I didn't need the torx bit to take them out, but I think they were 45. If I can check without taking the fake tank off I will.

I was in the Harrisburg store a week ago, and their employee and I were unable to find any 5-point torx bits in their security kits, including this one.

Could be I obtained one along the way and it ended up in that box as well. |

Securuty Torx
I got the free one with my Scott"s. I removed them and replaced them with phillips heads. Don't tell anyone.
