Sorry I couldn't have more time to talk to you. At least I got the chance to welcome you to the Classic. As long as you had plenty to eat and drink and got a reasonable night's sleep before heading off again on your travels.

Went through 300 snags, 14 kg of sandwich steak, 12 kgs of coleslaw and 15 kgs of onions. Not to mention the 30 loaves of bread!! Oh, and a few litres of sauces.

Look out for next year's program and get in early.

cheers

Just out of interest, at the time of this post there are 335 posts on ADV and 597 posts on DBW (total 932) which have gone to organising this event. Probably half of them are Trev's.
Just indicates the work he has put in.
Cheers TJ

We were looking at incorporating the Anzac Day holiday next year but, alas, it falls within the school holidays which means it's too hard for Dave to shut the Village off to others and there'd be far too many 4WD's circulating. We'll work on something else!!!

Looks like we'll have WiFi for instant ride reports next year as well as the 'deck' will be open with BBQ's, other cooking facilities, tables/chairs and maybe we can sneek in a screen for everyone's helmet cam footage during the Sat night program.

Might try and give the pub night the flick next year. Too many problems as well as logistics in getting everyone there. Dave has suggested maybe an SA institution of Pie Floaters on the deck, and we can introduce our interstate bretheren to a local delicacy.

Any other ideas?

Sorry for the delay emu, photos have been edited & uploaded to photobucket, but I can't believe how much follow up attention is required after a funeral. Widow & daughter are actually not doing that well at the moment either

Can't wait to charge the mind with some "Champagne Beer" to kick start the creativity process though

Great event with some great mates & some interesting pix to come

Trev Ossie thought he could add an extra service for the punters next year he reckon's he could work out of the doctors
cabin giving prostate checks for the fella's and pedicures for the girls and for any of the guys with pregnant wifes he's
pretty handy at delivering the youngens even though they may be of the bovine varitey. Here's Ossie showing his pedicuring skills on one of his girls.
