John - The Supertrapp is not ideal, but not bad - It juts out too quick and gets in the way a bit when standing. When seated, no problem though. I put heat shields on, so no heat problem - sitting or standing. I really like the sound and performance though and the fact that theyre USFS approved spark arrestors since i ride at the local SVRA parks and Sierra's.
I like the look of the rsd pipe ! I hadnt seen these before. Looks clean, minimal, and tucked away. Not sure if it would clear my rear shock though. Have you checked this ? Otherwise, it looks good. If it clears the shock and can accept a spark arrestor insert, I'd be interested in it. I think the black would look great.

I didn't think about the FS spark arrestor, but that does fit that thought.
It has interchangeable end caps so I bet you can get a spark arrestor for it. It comes out a bit and clears the rear shock so you should be good. A friend of mine runs a performance shop and had built a sporty with the tracker exhaust. He said it made good power. I need a pick of you bike form this angle

here is a vid that shows the space. remember this is on a 2011 bike and it is over 2" wider at the fender struts and the swing arm. I'm not sure how much further out your shocks are from stock.

Tank installed. This build, which I'll call Phase 1, is just about done. Phase 2 will include a larger capacity gas tank.
On May 5, I'll have the bike in the Quail Motorcycle Gathering in Carmel Valley, CA...incase anyone local wants to see it up close. Here are a few pic's... ![]() ![]()
