One of the comments talks about fixing it up before shipping back. Why the hell would you do that? In sure the owner who has lost three family members really cares.....

Looks like a good rust barometer

To me it seems this HD is a great lesson on which parts have the best corrosion protection. The wheel took it hard compared to the disc brake!
