That's what I was wondering.I knew a guy with one leg missing at the knee in San Diego. He rode a Softail and had a piece of square stock welded to his shifter so he could shift with his stump. Hopped everywhere he went, never saw him on crutches or anything. |

+1, when I get to that age, if I have any savings left... a slower and enjoyable scoot like his would be fine for 10,000 mile trips.
