Essentially, if you submit 5 photos (or a video) of your Teiz gear, you can qualify for Free Crashed Gear Replacement.

If you have already received your Alcatraz, Diego, Revolution, Power Shell or Navigator - you have till May 31st, 2012 to qualify for the program.

Lombard, Mojave and CS owners can qualify if they received their suits after April 1st. If you have already received your suits then you have till May 31st, 2012 to sign up for the program.

If you are yet to receive your suit, you will have 30 days from the day of the delivery to qualify for the program.

Please note that a step is required from your end to qualify for the program - you are not enrolled by default.

This is awesome! I noted you require a police report, which makes sense. Keep in mind though a report is not always available. For example, in San Francisco, SFPD will not even respond unless someone is seriously hurt or another crime was committed, like DUI. So, if the suit protects me well, I might be SOL. An insurance report in lieu of a police report might work?

So am I to take it that your warranty only covers on-road use? Also around here (Houston, TX) if you drop your bike and then call the police, almost the first thing you will receive is a "failure to control speed" ticket !!

thats a good point. i will look into this. we can obviously work on this on a case by case basis

yes the "crash replacement program" is for on-road use.

it will be worth the wait.
tracking numbers are usually sent out in the evening. we are working hard in the warehouse to get everything out today. all orders will be shipped by tmrw (worst case0 but our aim is to get as much as we can out of the warehouse today.

i will post another update in the evening.

oo boys its all packed and ready to go. some folks already have their tracking numbers. if you have not received one yet then you will then get one tmrw.
