I thought that is why I e-mailed it to you. I haven't even been in that thread and wife is yelling at me to get in the shower to take kiddos to the baseball game.

Hey John..usually anything over a 650 is "big Bike"..depends on the rider..I know soem 70 yr old guys who can ride a full dressed Beemer down both these roads and I know some young strong strapin bull of yougnins who will whine riding a 250 going down them..depends on your skill level and if you are a good rider with near expert skills on a "big Bike", then be my guest..I use the analogy big bike to let folks know that these roads will require some skillz!

So C'mon and know that you will have a hand full and hopefully you wont bend or break anything if you decide to go down them

Throttlemeister has riden his big ass Beemer mule up and down them roads, at midinte! and thats because he has skillz!

"Yes sorry to say the rumor is true. So come to me on the detour on Hurricane road. If you need me to send them to you I can do that and you can tell anyone coming from the North or Fayetteville to come from Combs is sure the best way for them.
See you next week. If things should change I will let you know. They are working on the road, but are about 2 months behind schedule."

I will make up some routes/trax for the detours, named NORTH (if you are coming from the north) and SOUTH for those of you coming from the south..I will post them with a link in this post. I wont post a route or track from the Winfry valley area as it is almost 18 miles of dirt road and is a longer way via dirt to WR than the other two routes are.

North

South

From Shores Lake if you are camping

(SLAP TEAM)..I am working on distances and instructions/directions..will update this post thru the day
THANKS FOR THIS INFO! I would hate to have to turn my head to not see the "road closed" even though you have already told us not to do that!

Anybody riding Wednesday? Looks like Buddy might not be able to make it with me. If there's any type of ride going Wednesday, I'll come up Tuesday. If not then I'll head up Wednesday.

Really looking forward to this. :)

I guess put me down for the Lodge if there is an extra bunk.
If not I'll camp with Katbeanz.....

I will most likely be around someplace Thursday but will worry about that on my own. Sleep under a tree someplace close outside WRM..
