Las Vegas area

Hi,

I will be visiting the Las Vegas area for a business trip in June. I will have 1 or 2 extra days to rent a bike (BMW F650GS) to see the sights. This is my first opportunity to ride in this area and would love to have some suggestions as to where to go. I plan to ride on dirt, too, so please include any points of interest that will take me off the pavement. I looked for posts that related to my question, but could not find any.
