Damper Rod Tool

Bike down... unrideable. Help a rider out!

Anybody got one of these fancy fork tools I can borrow? My forks are apart but not cleaned and reassembled as I had hoped. I thought I could cheat using a pneumatic tool(?) but that didn't work.

The bike is an 02 DRZ and if you live in the Denver Metro area and are willing to help me out I'd appreciate it. The tool I'm looking for is linked below.

I'll try making one tomorrow if no dice on this, but I don't have a welder either so... whoops should have bought the right tool the first time.
